Frequently Asked Questions


  • Who is the "member" for my GoMotion Account?
    • The account name should be parent/guardian name.  Member should be child's name.
  • Are masks required for adults or kids?
    • Masks are not required at this time.  It is up to the individual if they choose to wear a mask.
  • Can I bring in food/drinks?
    • Yes, pack snacks or lunch.  We do offer a small variety of snacks and beverages for purchase.
  • Are socks required?
    • Socks are preferred but not required.  We do have a small assortment of socks for purchase for $2

Open Play

  • Do I have to register in advance for Open Play?
    • It is recommended that you register in advance to ensure your spot and in case of cancellation for weather or other reasons.
  • Do I need to register my baby for Open Play?
    • Children under 1 are free and do not need to register.
  • Why does it say $0 when I checkout?
    • Your card will not be charged at registration.  It will be charged following the event.
  • Can I cancel my registration if I cannot attend?
    • Please text/call (248)934-1634 or email [email protected] if you need to cancel a reservation.


  • How many kids do you allow per class?
    • Maximum of 6-7 kids per class.
  • If I miss a class can I do a makeup?
    • You are allowed one makeup class per session (unless otherwise noted by owner).
